Goes great in sandwiches. Especially along with a ripe organic tomato slice. Try rice bread for a gluten free alternative.
There are a variety of different mints, chocolate mint, pineapple mint, orange mint, lime mint and many more. Top your salad, or make a nice cup of tea.
The flowers are edible as well as the greens. The flowers have a good garlic flavor and can be used instead of or alongside regular garlic.
The “Garlic Chive” is super garlicy.
Has been used by some herbalists to reduce heavy metals in the body, like mercury. Commonly used in salsa, add it to salads, soups or anywhere you can add it in. Experiment a little with this great herb. One of my personal favorites.
A popular garnish, be sure to eat it up! Great for freshening the breath. Also goes good in smoothies.
